Food Hygiene Course
This course is designed for anyone who undertakes food handling duties in their place of work. It provides a basic awareness of good hygiene and safety issues and meets food industry regulations.
On completion of the course a Food Hygiene certificate will be issued.

● Causes of food poisoning and its prevention
● Bacteria and their characteristics
● High risk foods
● Cooking, chilling and re-heating
● Hazards and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
● Pest control
● Personal hygiene
● Cleaning and disinfection
● Premises and equipment
● Food safety legislation
We can accommodate bookings ranging from 1 delegate up to a group of 15. We offer training at venues organised by Eyears or can train at a clients own premises.
