Why are we hiring?
Since opening in 2005 Eyears have grown at an exceptional rate every single year. We’re expanding our services offered and expanding our geographical coverage – all this means we need skilled, motivated and driven Staff who can see the long term opportunities that Eyears can deliver.
What are we hiring?
We’re specifically looking for Recruitment Consultants who can help achieve our objective of UK coverage within the next 5 years. Of course, Team Leaders, Senior Consultants & Managers are also required to help facilitate this process as best as possible.
What skills do I need?
You will need to be a good human being first and foremost. Considerate of the needs of your support staff. Understanding of the Clients requests. A good team player to your Colleagues. You’ll need to be able to make sales calls on a daily basis, create & stimulate interest with your marketing skills and convert new business face to face. All this whilst you’re ensuring your current Clients are happy with your service. You’ll need to recruit only the best support staff in the market and look at ways to ensure they’re placed into the right job at the right time. Essential key skills are PC literate with MS office applications, Windows Vista/7, a confidence to convert Clients on a face to face basis and of course telesales ability. Driving and owning a car is desirable as some travel is involved.
What experience do I need?
From time to time we are in a position where we can take on Trainees or Graduates with a longer term view. If there are any of these vacancies currently available they will be in our vacancies section. If you’d like to enquire then you can do so from there. For our Consultants and Managers we ideally look for sector experience but do consider other areas that may be allied. For us it’s more about you as a person rather than what your CV may or may not say.
Where are we hiring?
